At Go Idara, we are committed to providing reliable and timely services for Business Name, Company, NGO (IncorporatedTrustees) registration, Trademark, and SCMUL Registration. To ensure smooth operations and clarity for all clients, wehave outlined the following refund policy:

1. Refund Eligibility

  • A full refund is only available before the client submits their registration details via our official form (e.g., GoogleForm or other designated platform).
  • Once we receive your registration details, our team begins processing immediately. Therefore, no refund will be issuedafter submitting these details.

2. Processing Time

  • If you are eligible for a refund, the request will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Kindly allow for processing delays that may occur depending on your payment provider.

3. Payment Channels

  • Refunds will only be issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction. For instance, if paymentwas made via bank transfer or a particular payment gateway, the refund will be returned through that same channel.
  • We do not issue cash refunds or refunds to a third-party account

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • Registration details have been submitted
  • Work has already commenced on your registration (e.g., name availability search, document processing, formsubmission).
  • Incorrect information was submitted by the client and has caused delays or invalidation.
  • The client becomes unresponsive during the registration process after submitting details.

5. Change of Mind

  • If you change your mind before submitting your business details, you may contact us immediately for a refund request
  • We encourage clients to reach out as soon as possible to avoid falling outside the refund window.

6. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund:

  • Include your proof of payment, reason for refund, and confirmation that your registration details have not beensubmitted.
  • Alternatively, you may contact us through the official WhatsApp or support line if provided.
  • Go Idara reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. However, any changes will not affectrequests made before such amendments.
